
Learning while having fun! What could be better! That's my style of trainer, fun, a bit offbeat, who doesn't take himself too seriously, but who takes his job very seriously!
For this training course, with objectives linked to excellence in customer relations, we opted for a fun, interactive concept!
A training session is like a show, where participants have to get caught up in the game, and not see the special effects, or the backstage. They have to arrive at the end of the session and say to themselves “Ho? Already?”!
With this interactive, scripted training program (participants audition for a TV show), learners are divided into teams and play and learn through challenges launched by an interactive wheel. They win and lose points as a team. All the key customer relations skills are covered!
