When I arrived at Petits Frères, an organization that accompanies isolated seniors throughout Quebec, my mission was to find ways to deliver training to volunteers and employees across the province.
As the resources of an NPO (non-profit organization) are limited, I proposed an e-learning platform (LMS) based on WordPress technology, which doesn't go through the big pay providers in the sector.
Tens of thousands of dollars are saved in this way, and this platform is now also a place for information and registration for face-to-face training, simplifying the process! I'm very proud!
